The IT department of DJ Magazine has been working tirelessly over the past 48 hours to keep their website, djmag.com, from crashing under the weight of the thousands of fans of famous DJ Svetlana who have been flocking to the website to vote for her in the DJ Mag Top 100 list of 2014.
Tiesto & Armin van Buuren have been rumored to have been having secret meetings between festival sets to plan their new marketing strategies to help fight off DJ Svetlana and secure their top spots on the charts. They have recently been giving away coupons for free meals at Chick-Fil-A to members of the audience that pledge to vote for them on the charts.
“Who doesn’t love Chick-Fil-A?!” raves 19 year old Chance Davids of Michigan. “Chicken sandwiches are the bomb! PLUR LIFE! Can I give you a light show?”
DJ Svetlana could not be reached for comments but it is believed that she will be competing with the Chick-Fil-A promotion with her own soon. Word has been spread that at some festivals that few have seen coupons for Churches Chicken floating about with Svetlana’s logo on them.
When one is attacked with free chicken, one must retaliate with free chicken.
